On Wednesday, defense technology company Lyntris Inc. (LYNX.US), controlled by private equity firm Trive Capital, made its debut on the U.S. stock market. As of the time of writing, the stock has fallen nearly 10%, trading at $15.80. The IPO price was $17.50. Lyntris is headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia, and its main products are battlefield sensors and accompanying software, serving the U.S. Department of Defense and its allies. As of December 31, 2025, the company is involved in over 200 active defense projects, with no single project accounting for more than 7% of the companys revenue. As of June 30, 2026, the companys backlog has doubled from a year ago to $923.9 million.
