NETJOY (02131): Shen Jianbo appointed as Executive Director

NETJOY (02131) announced that Dai Liqun has been reassigned from non-executive director to executive director, effective from August 19, 2026. In addition to this reassignment, Mr. Dai will no longer serve as a member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee from the same date. Mr. Shen Jianbo has been appointed as the company's executive director, effective from August 19, 2026. Ms. Zheng Feiyun has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee, effective from August 19, 2026.
