Zulong Entertainment (09990) announced that Ms. Zhang Xiao will resign from her position as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and agent of the company effective August 19, 2026, due to changes in work arrangements. Ms. Hao Lili, another joint company secretary of the company, meets the qualifications required by Listing Rule 3.28 regarding company secretaries and will continue to serve as the company's sole company secretary. She has also been appointed as the companys authorized representative under Listing Rule 3.05 to replace Ms. Zhang Xiao, effective August 19, 2026. Ms. Cong Lin has been appointed as the agent under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance to replace Ms. Zhang Xiao, effective August 19, 2026.
