Joyful Meeting Group (02473) announced that on August 19, 2026 (after trading hours), Joyful Meeting Group (the Companys indirect wholly-owned subsidiary) and/or several of its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Tenants") entered into a sale and leaseback agreement with the lessor, pursuant to which, (1) the Tenants agreed to transfer the leased assets to the lessor for a total consideration of approximately RMB 4.699 million, and (2) the Tenants agreed to lease back the leased assets from the lessor for a period of 48 months, with a total rental of approximately RMB 5.0917 million.
