CHINA AEROSPACE (00031) announced that the group expects to record a net loss of approximately HKD 150 million to HKD 180 million in the first half of 2026, compared to a net loss of approximately HKD 85.776 million in the same period of 2025.
The announcement stated that the anticipated net loss during this period is primarily due to: (i) an increase in losses resulting from the decline in the fair value of the company's investment properties compared to the same period in 2025, attributed to a continued increase in supply in the commercial real estate leasing market in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and a downward trend in rental levels; and (ii) operational losses incurred by Nantong Kangyuan Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. in the early stages of its operations in the technology industry.
