The company plans to issue 6.3 million shares at a price of $4 per share, aiming to raise $25 million. The company intends to list on Nasdaq but has not yet disclosed its stock code.
Ray Maple reportedly offers cloud-based enterprise software solutions and digital marketing services. The company operates two business divisions. The IT Solutions Services division provides modular, cloud-based systems that cover areas such as enterprise resource planning, customer and employee management, project execution, and business intelligence. These systems are composed of software developed in-house by the company and third-party software, including dashboard management, accounting and inventory management, contract and report management, as well as task management tools. The Marketing Services division includes social media management, key opinion leader (KOL) and influencer marketing, traditional advertising, event and roadshow management, search engine optimization (SEO), and e-commerce solutions.
Its clients include small and medium-sized enterprises, mid-sized companies, and public sector institutions in Hong Kong, and the company plans to further expand into the Malaysian and Indonesian markets. Data shows that the company achieved revenues of $2 million for the 12 months ending March 31, 2026.
