The Hong Kong healthcare service provider Living Homeopathy International (LHI.US) withdrew its initial public offering (IPO) plan on Tuesday, August 18.
On Tuesday (August 18), Living Homeopathy International (LHI.US), a subsidiary of Hong Kong Healthcare Services Group, Inc., withdrew its initial public offering (IPO) plan. The company originally submitted its listing application in May 2025 and revised the issuance terms in March 2026, intending to issue 3.8 million shares at a price of $4 to $6 per share, with a fundraising scale of approximately $19 million. Living Homeopathy International offers healthcare products, including homeopathic products (accounting for 9% of fiscal year 2024 revenue), homeopathic adjunct therapies (80%), and flower essence products (4%). These products are mainly sourced from manufacturers and resold under the LIVING brand. Additionally, the company develops and collaborates with manufacturers to produce personal care products (2%; such as mouthwash, toothpaste, and shampoo) and water filtration products (4%). According to data from Frost & Sullivan, based on the sales revenue of homeopathic products in Hong Kong in 2023, Living Homeopathy ranks first among all homeopathy service providers in Hong Kong, with a market share of approximately 41.3%. The company was established in 1994 and originally planned to be listed on NASDAQ under the stock code "LHI." Revere Securities was designated as the exclusive bookrunner for this issuance.
