MTT GROUP (02350) announced that on August 18, 2026 (after trading hours), the People's Government of Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (Baotou Municipal Government) and the company reached a framework agreement regarding the establishment of the "Calculating Electricity" integrated industrial base project in Baotou. According to the framework agreement, both parties agreed to cooperate closely in various forms based on the principle of "mutual benefit and win-win cooperation," leveraging their respective resource advantages to form a long-term stable strategic partnership. They aim to achieve common development in the field of "green electricity access - high-quality computing power - coordinated scheduling of electricity and computing - data processing - AI talent cultivation" (Calculating Electricity). Cooperation Content: (1) Relying on the rich green electricity resources and vocational education resources of the Baotou Municipal Government, build an integrated development industrial base for "Calculating Electricity." (2) The company will actively introduce well-known think tanks such as big data research institutes, renowned universities, or research institutions. Based on the projects implemented by the Baotou Municipal Government, and in consideration of the actual situation in Baotou City, the focus will be on empowering high-quality development through the digital economy. This will assist the Baotou Municipal Government in establishing a digital infrastructure base, using the green computing power industry as a breakthrough point, fostering the cultivation of new digital industries and talents such as artificial intelligence, Siasun Robot & Automation, and data annotation, strengthen the digital industrial cluster, and build up the digital economy growth.
