COOLPAD GROUP (02369) announced that the loss attributable to the owners of the company for the six months ending June 30, 2025, is approximately HKD 80.3 million, and the loss attributable to the owners of the company for the six months ending June 30, 2026, is expected to be between approximately HKD 54.0 million and HKD 60.0 million. The anticipated loss for this interim period has narrowed compared to the previous period, mainly due to: (a) the Group's administrative and other expenses in this interim period decreased by approximately HKD 27.5 million compared to the restated amount for the previous period, primarily due to the Group's implementation of strategic cost control measures, optimization of resource allocation, and strengthening of budget constraints; (b) the Group's other income and net gains or losses in this interim period increased by approximately HKD 9.7 million compared to the restated amount for the previous period, mainly because there were no termination lease losses or losses from the sale of subsidiaries in this interim period.
