Meige Intelligence (03268) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fangge International Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Fangge International"), plans to apply to the bank for a comprehensive credit facility of USD 200 million in response to its business development needs, in order to meet the various operating funding requirements arising from rapid business growth. The company intends to provide a guarantee for the bank credit for Fangge International, with a validity period not exceeding one year, and the aforementioned guarantee limit can be used on a revolving basis within the effective guarantee period.
