GigaDevice Semiconductor Inc. (03986): Xie Feiwang has been appointed as the Secretary of the Board and Co-Company Secretary.

GigaDevice Semiconductor Inc. (03986) announced that Ms. Dong Lingyan has tendered her resignation from (i) the companys secretary of the board; and (ii) the companys co-company secretary, effective from August 18, 2026, due to personal career planning. Following Ms. Dong's resignation, Mr. Xie Feiwang has been appointed as the secretary of the board and co-company secretary, effective from August 18, 2026. Ms. Wong Wai Yee, Ella has tendered her resignation from (i) co-company secretary; (ii) the companys authorized representative as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange; and (iii) the authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong as required by Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules, effective from August 18, 2026. After her resignation, Ms. Wong will continue to serve as the authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong as required by Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622). Following Ms. Wong's resignation, Ms. Lai Janette Tin Yun has been appointed as the co-company secretary, authorized representative, and authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong as stipulated in Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), effective from August 18, 2026.
