OCI INTL (00329): Zhu Junming appointed as Executive Director

OCI INTL (00329) announced that Dr. Lu Yongren has submitted his resignation as the company's independent non-executive director due to personal business arrangements, effective from August 18, 2026. Following Dr. Lu's resignation as the company's independent non-executive director, he will also no longer serve as the chairman of the company's remuneration committee and as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee, effective from August 18, 2026. Mr. Li Xindan, the company's independent non-executive director and member of the remuneration committee, has been appointed as the chairman of the companys remuneration committee, effective from August 18, 2026. Mr. Zhu Junming has been appointed as the companys executive director, effective from August 18, 2026. Mr. Zhu joined the company as Chief Financial Officer on March 25, 2025, and was appointed as the company secretary on July 14, 2026.
