TIANLI HOLDINGS (00117) announced that the Group expects its loss attributable to shareholders for the six months ending June 30, 2026, to be no more than RMB 5.8 million, compared to a loss of RMB 33.8 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025.
The reduction in loss is mainly attributed to (i) the financial turnaround of the multi-layer ceramic capacitor business segment, which recorded a profit of approximately RMB 4.6 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, compared to a loss of approximately RMB 16.9 million in the same period of 2025; and (ii) the improved financial performance of the asset management business segment, which reported a profit of approximately RMB 15 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, compared to approximately RMB 11.6 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025. The profits from the aforementioned segments were offset by corporate expenses arising from loan liabilities modified in 2025 (mainly including interest expenses from other loans modified in 2025); most of these interest expenses are non-cash items and will not have a significant impact on the Group's daily operations and cash flow.
