TONGTONG AI SOC (00628) announced that the Group expects to record a profit attributable to the owners of the Company of approximately RMB 50 million to RMB 56 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026 (the "relevant period"), compared to a profit attributable to the owners of the Company of approximately RMB 31.9 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025 (the "corresponding period"). The Board of Directors believes that the increase in the Group's performance during the relevant period compared to the corresponding period is primarily attributed to the following factors: (i) an anticipated increase in revenue due to the expansion of digital content ecosystem business; and (ii) an expected increase in exchange gains resulting from positive fluctuations in exchange rates during the relevant period.
