WING FUNG GROUP (08526) issues profit warning, expects a net loss of approximately HKD 10 million for the first half of the year.

Rongfeng Group Asia (08526) announced that the Group expects to incur a net loss of approximately HKD 10 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, compared to a net loss of approximately HKD 2.7 million for the same period in 2025. The Board believes that the anticipated loss during the relevant period is primarily due to (i) project cost overruns resulting from delays in the completion of several projects, leading to a significant reduction in the expected gross profit margin of the Group's projects; and (ii) an increase in administrative expenses, mainly attributed to rising employee costs and benefits.
