Zhi Chun Technology (603690.SH) announced that the company plans to transfer its 1.1527% equity stake (corresponding to 764,601 shares) in the affiliated company Guizhou Weidun Crystal Phosphate Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Weidun Crystal Phosphate") to Liu'an Jinghui Chuangxin Equity Investment Fund Partnership (limited partnership). The transaction will be paid in cash. After negotiation and confirmation by both parties, the transfer amount is set at 20 million yuan.

(referred to as "Weidun Crystal Phosphate") to Liuan Jinghui Chuangxin Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership). This transaction will be settled in cash. After negotiation between both parties, the transfer amount has been confirmed to be 20 million yuan.
The transfer of part of the shares in Weidun Crystal Phosphate is beneficial for the company to focus on its main business, improve operational efficiency, further optimize its asset-liability structure, and concentrate resources on developing areas with competitive advantages, which aligns with the companys development strategy and long-term interests.
