Enhua Pharmaceutical (002262.SZ) announced that it has recently received the Clinical Trial Approval Notice for the class 1 chemical drug NH130 citrate tablets issued by the National Medical Products Administration, and will soon initiate clinical trials. NH130 citrate is a potent 5-HT2A receptor inverse agonist. Preclinical trial results indicate that NH130 citrate is effective against schizophrenia and the ADP animal model, without affecting motor function. Meanwhile, adverse reactions such as cardiac toxicity and phospholipid deposition are minimal, with a large safety window, demonstrating good pharmacokinetic properties.
