During the reporting period, the rebound in industry prosperity and the favorable impact of increased downstream customer demand contributed to growth in both revenue and gross profit across the company's integrated circuit design product lines, with gross profit increasing by about 224 million yuan compared to the same period last year. The fair value changes recognized from the shares obtained through strategic placement enhanced net profit by approximately 420 million yuan. The company adheres to technological innovation and product iteration upgrades, with new products and supporting solutions such as FPGA series products, safety and identification series products, and automotive-grade MCUs being rolled out and contributing to revenue. Coupled with strong demand for non-volatile storage, both volume and price have increased, jointly driving revenue growth for the company. At the same time, product structure optimization has further enhanced overall operational efficiency. During the reporting period, the net cash flow generated from operating activities was approximately 770 million yuan, an increase of about 315.09% compared to the same period last year, primarily due to an increase in cash received from sales of goods leading to higher cash inflows from operating activities.
