According to currently available information, the decrease in revenue is mainly attributed to a decline in sales revenue of the scientific anti-aging skincare brand Han Shu, which has a high revenue proportion for the Group, impacted by temporary market factors; simultaneously, the decline in Han Shu's revenue has correspondingly reduced the gross profit contribution of this brand to the Group; and the profit decline is also due to the Group's ongoing investments in human resources, research and development, and brand initiatives based on long-term strategic planning to support the sustainable development of a multi-brand matrix. Since July 2026, Han Shu's sales revenue has shown a gradually recovering trend.
