TYK MEDICINES-B(02410): Jiang Mingyu resigned as a non-executive director.

TYK MEDICINES-B (02410) announced that Dr. Jiang Mingyu has submitted his resignation as a non-executive director to devote more time to other business matters, effective from August 17, 2026. Alongside his resignation as a non-executive director, he will also cease to act as the company's authorized representative as stipulated by Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules. Dr. Wu Yusheng has been appointed as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from August 17, 2026. The terms of several directors are about to expire, and the board has resolved to recommend the re-election of the following individuals as directors for a term of three years (or until the end of the second board term), effective from the date the candidates are elected at the company's upcoming extraordinary general meeting, subject to the approval of shareholders through an ordinary resolution at the extraordinary general meeting. The candidates recommended for re-election at the extraordinary general meeting are: (i) Dr. Wu Yusheng as executive director; (ii) Dr. Li Jun, Dr. Gu Hong, and Mr. He Chao as non-executive directors; (iii) Dr. Leng Yuting, Dr. Xu Wenqing, and Dr. Shen Xiuhua as independent non-executive directors.
