SHENZHEN INT'L (00152) announced that the current rating upgrade involves SHENZHEN INT'L Holdings Limited. On July 30, 2026, S&P Global upgraded SHENZHEN INT'L's corporate credit rating from BBB to BBB+, with a stable outlook. This overseas rating upgrade is a comprehensive assessment made by S&P Global based on factors such as SHENZHEN INT'L's strategic position, asset layout, shareholder background, and core operational advantages. As the city of Shenzhen continues to advance its urban transportation logistics system, the company is consistently increasing its investment in regional logistics network layout, significantly enhancing its importance in Shenzhen's modern logistics system and increasing the likelihood of support from local governments. Meanwhile, the company's high-standard logistics warehousing asset layout is continuously improving, with the successful completion and operation of the Pinghu South Comprehensive Logistics Hub Centera core project for multimodal transport with a construction area of 850,000 square meters this year. Combined with its existing high-quality warehousing resources, the company currently holds about two-thirds of Shenzhen's high-standard logistics warehousing assets, effectively contributing to the logistics hub development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. In addition, the core subsidiary, SHENZHENEXPRESS Limited, dominates the regional toll road sector, operating approximately 90% of the toll road market in Shenzhen. The expansion and renovation project of the Jihe Expressway will further solidify its industry-leading advantage, and the sound operations and cash flow of its subsidiaries provide strong support for the overall development of the company. These multiple core advantages collectively support SHENZHEN INT'L's current credit rating upgrade.
