GEELY AUTO (00175) has appointed An Conghui as Chairman of the Board.

GEELY AUTO (00175) announced that Mr. Li Shufu has resigned from his positions as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the company, effective August 18, 2026, to devote more time to his other businesses and to assist in the implementation of the companys long-term succession planning. This leadership adjustment also aims to further improve the professional manager authorization and operational mechanism, and optimize the company's corporate governance structure. In recognition of Mr. Li Shufu's outstanding contributions to the group's development over the years, as well as his continued support for the group, the Board announced that Mr. Li Shufu has accepted the appointment as the company's Lifetime Honorary Chairman. The role of Lifetime Honorary Chairman is honorary in nature and does not constitute part of the company's corporate governance structure. Additionally, Mr. An Conghui, the companys Executive Director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Li Donghui has resigned from the position of Vice Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Gui Shengyue, the Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board and has resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Gan Jiayue has been appointed as the company's Chief Executive Officer, effective August 18, 2026.
