The total credit card receivables declined by 2.1% in the second quarter of 2026, reaching HK$154.6 billion by the end of June, compared to a decline of 3.8% in the previous quarter. The ratio of delinquency and restructured accounts as of the end of June 2026 stood at 0.42%, down from 0.45% at the end of the previous quarter. The credit card quarterly charge-off rate for the second quarter of 2026 was 0.61%, compared to 0.56% in the previous quarter.
