China Cinda (01359) announced that in August 2021, the company issued perpetual capital bonds in the interbank bond market with a total scale of RMB 10 billion. According to the relevant provisions of the bond offering circular for this issue, the bonds include a conditional redemption right for the issuer, allowing the issuer to redeem the bonds on the interest payment date of the fifth year of this issue (i.e., August 16, 2026). As of the date of this announcement, the company has exercised its redemption right and fully redeemed the bonds.
