Huaying Construction (01582) announced that the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Huaying Construction Limited, has signed a letter of acceptance for a main construction contract involving the Hong Kong Housing Authority's public housing development project in Tung Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. The contract amount is approximately HKD 2.5 billion. Accordingly, the group will act as the main contractor for the building construction works. It is currently expected that the aforementioned project will commence in early October 2026.
