On August 14, Z.AI (02513) officially launched GLM-5.3. PhanRouter, the large model invocation platform under Paradigm Group, completed its adaptation and opened services the same day, becoming one of the first platforms to support the invocation of GLM-5.3. GLM-5.3 continues with a scale of 743 billion parameters, primarily enhancing the model's capabilities through reinforcement learning in the post-training phase. According to information released by Z.AI, the new model focuses on strengthening programming, terminal operations, and long-range Agent task capabilities, with programming ability improved by 50% compared to GLM-5.2, placing it among the top open-source models in various Agent and terminal operation evaluations. For developers already connected to PhanRouter, this model upgrade generally requires no engineering adaptation. Users can continue to use the original API interface and account system, needing only to change the model name to integrate GLM-5.3 into their existing applications. This marks the second consecutive time PhanRouter has quickly followed up on a new model from Z.AI. After the release of GLM-5.2 in June this year, PhanRouter completed the launch in less than two days; this time, the integration of GLM-5.3 was completed on the day of its release. As the iteration speed of large models accelerates, competition between model aggregation platforms is shifting from "model quantity" to "integration speed, invocation cost, and service stability." Currently, PhanRouter has connected with dozens of mainstream model suppliers and, through a unified API, intelligent routing, and automatic disaster recovery mechanisms, provides multi-model invocation services to enterprises. Paradigm indicated that after the launch of GLM-5.3, the platform will focus on exploring its applications in scenarios such as code development, automated operation and maintenance, testing execution, and complex Agent tasks.
