The Board of Directors believes that the expected increase in consolidated after-tax losses for the current period is mainly influenced by the macroeconomic environment and the ongoing intense price competition in the automotive industry, with the negative new car sales pricing being the primary factor for the losses. Additionally, the optimization and adjustment of inefficient stores have also led to a decline in after-sales revenue and gross profit contributions.
