GILSTON GROUP (02011) issues a profit warning, expecting a mid-term profit of approximately HKD 17 million.
Jin Teng Group (02011) announced that it expects to record a profit of approximately HKD 17 million for the six months ending on June 30, 2026, compared to a profit of approximately HKD 31 million for the six months ending on June 30, 2025. The expected decrease in profit is mainly due to (including but not limited to) (i) the completion of the sale of Kaiyi (Hubei) Zipper Manufacturing Co., Ltd. during the period, which resulted in a decrease in the profit from the Group's zipper business, and (ii) after the renewal of the sublease with Jia Jin Long Automobile City in September 2025, the Group provided several discounts to tenants of Jia Jin Long Automobile City, leading to a reduction in revenue from property investments and property management services.
