While solidifying its online pharmaceutical retail foundation, JD HEALTH is accelerating the extension of its platform user base, supply chain capabilities, and fulfillment capabilities to offline service scenarios, promoting the expansion of health services from online drug purchases to in-store services, comprehensive outpatient care, and home nursing, thereby building a full-scenario health service loop of "in-store + at-home." The financial report shows that in the area of instant retail and omnichannel services, JD HEALTH continues to enhance the "supply, fulfillment, payment, experience" upgrades. Currently, JD HEALTHs online drug purchase medical insurance payment services have covered 40 cities nationwide; the company has established over 450 JD Pharmacy stores across ten cities nationwide and optimized product offerings based on regional consumption trends and user needs, boosting both store operational efficiency and service quality. As the largest pharmaceutical retail platform in the country, JD HEALTHs long-term accumulation of user demand insights, product supply capabilities, and fulfillment networks are further serving offline scenarios. During this years 618 promotional period, the number of users served by JD HEALTHs health examination centers nationwide tripled year-on-year, with corresponding amounts for examinations also rising. Among them, female examinations increased by 214%, parental examinations grew by 199%, and male examinations rose by 155%. Consumer medical services also registered growth, with orders from JD Healths self-operated clinics in Beijings Guomao, Yizhuang, and Wangjing areas doubling sequentially, and transaction amounts for collagen injections, injection touch-ups, and photoelectric anti-aging projects increasing by 258%, 197%, and 137% respectively. In terms of offline store formats, JD HEALTH is also continuously promoting service upgrades.
