MEGAIN (06939) announced that, starting from August 13, 2026, Mr. Lin Ziliang has submitted his resignation as a non-executive director; Mr. Gao Yiping has submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee; Mr. Wang Dongjie has been appointed as an executive director and the chairman of the board as well as the chairman of the Nomination Committee and authorized representative; Mr. Wang Yuanxue has been appointed as an executive director; Mr. Liu Tao has been appointed as a non-executive director; Professor Sun Wenhong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee; and Mr. Zheng Xianhui has been reassigned as a non-executive director and the vice chairman of the board, and will no longer serve as the chairman of the Nomination Committee or the authorized representative.
