Hua Li Group (00806) announced that on July 27, 2026, the Hua Li Fund Series - Hua Li Asia Equity and Bond Income Fund has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and registered as a northbound mutual recognition fund under the Mutual Recognition of Funds (MRF) arrangement between mainland China and Hong Kong. This fund is also the third fund under the group that has been included in the MRF. The approval will allow the company to distribute the Hua Li Asia Equity and Bond Income Fund to retail investors in mainland China through the fund's mainland agents.
