Yunnan Water Affairs (06839) announced that Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Zhou Beihai and former employee representative supervisor Mr. Mo Wenye will no longer serve as members of the company's Board Compliance and Risk Control Committee, effective August 11, 2026. The chair and other members of the Compliance and Risk Control Committee will remain unchanged. After this adjustment, the composition of the Compliance and Risk Control Committee is as follows: Mr. Zhong Wei (Chair), Mr. Zheng Guangfeng, and Mr. Liao Chuanjiang.
