Chongqing Pharscin Pharmaceutical (002907.SZ): ORIC-1327 Phosphate Eye Drops Obtained Approval for Clinical Drug Trials

Chongqing Pharscin Pharmaceutical (002907.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary Chengdu Huasen Aori Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huasen Aori) recently received a Clinical Trial Approval Notice from the National Medical Products Administration (hereinafter referred to as National Medical Products Administration) for phosphoric acid ORIC-1327 eye drops, corresponding to two indications and a total of six specifications. Phosphoric acid ORIC-1327 eye drops (Project Number ORIP-1009) are selective small molecule inhibitors independently developed by Huasen Aori, with complete independent intellectual property rights, intended for clinical use in the treatment of patients with glaucoma and ocular hypertension. Preclinical studies have confirmed the significant intraocular pressure-lowering effect of this drug in New Zealand rabbits and crab-eating macaques, along with good ocular safety, demonstrating promising drug development potential.
