Shenzhen Hairew Innovation Smart Technology Group Co., Ltd. - W (referred to as "Hairew Innovation") submitted its Hong Kong IPO prospectus on February 13, 2026, which will expire six months later on August 13, 2026. Goldman Sachs and CITIC SEC are its joint sponsors at the time of submission. According to the previous prospectus, Hairew Innovation is a global leader in the field of warehouse automation, focusing on the automation of picking, which is the most labor-intensive and time-consuming activity in warehouses. According to data from ZS Consulting, in 2024, Hairew Innovation will be the largest ACR solution provider in the world, with a market share exceeding 30% in terms of revenue and shipment volume. Hairew Innovation's ACR solutions are deployed in warehouses operated by various types of enterprises (including warehouse operators, logistics service providers, retail groups, and manufacturing companies), covering key verticals such as apparel and fashion, e-commerce and retail, food and beverage, third-party logistics, pharmaceuticals, 3C electronics, and automotive. As of September 30, 2025, the company has signed contracts with over 800 clients (including direct clients and pipeline partners) to deploy ACR solutions.
