TIAN CHANG GP (02182) has signed a construction agreement with Guangdong Zhongfu for the establishment of a new production facility for advanced materials and semi-solid magnesium alloy injection molding.

TIAN CHANG GP (02182) announced that on August 12, 2026, Tianhao (the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary) entered into a construction agreement with Guangdong Zhongfu (acting as the general contractor) regarding the construction of a new production facility for advanced materials and magnesium thixomolding on the land parcel. This includes the factory, employee dormitories, warehouses, and ancillary facilities, with a total cost of RMB 149.3 million. The land parcel refers to the JD134-13-02 plot in the Xinmin Luotang area, Huicheng District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China. The Group has been actively expanding its existing engineering and manufacturing capabilities, including investments in precision manufacturing, automation, and related engineering technologies, to support its current customers and extend its market to new product application areas across various industries. These initiatives align with the Group's long-term development positioning and business strategy as an "integrated advanced manufacturing platform." Under this strategic framework, the Group is developing new technologies for magnesium thixomolding to further enhance its capabilities in advanced materials and lightweight manufacturing. Recently, the Group has acquired the land use rights for the parcel through its subsidiary, intending to build new manufacturing facilities, including but not limited to factories and employee dormitories. These facilities are expected to support the Group's magnesium thixomolding, advanced materials, precision manufacturing, and related engineering technologies, providing essential production, engineering, and R&D infrastructure to support the next phase of the Group's advanced manufacturing and materials processing capabilities, thereby facilitating the Group's expansion into a broader range of customers and industry applications and enhancing its long-term competitiveness. Therefore, entering into the construction agreement aligns with the company's business plan, and construction of the new manufacturing facilities is expected to commence in the second half of 2026.
