IMAGI INT'L (00585) announced that Mr. Tan Wenkang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the company's remuneration committee, and a member of the company's audit committee and nomination committee, effective from August 17, 2026. The board also announced changes in the composition of the following director committees, effective from August 17, 2026: (a) Mr. Han Xuyang, executive director and chairman of the board, has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee; (b) Mr. Tan has been appointed as the chairman of the remuneration committee; and (c) Ms. Liu Jianyi, independent non-executive director, will no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee and remuneration committee, and will be reassigned as a member of each committee.
