Most of the mainland property stocks rose. As of the time of this report, CHINA JINMAO (00817) increased by 8.42% to HKD 1.48; GREENTOWN CHINA (03900) rose by 5.05% to HKD 7.695; YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123) gained 4.08% to HKD 3.7; LONGFOR GROUP (00960) climbed 3.68% to HKD 6.615. In terms of news, Beijing recently introduced policies to optimize purchase restrictions and housing fund loan regulations, further enhancing market expectations and residents' actual purchasing power during the market's off-season. Sinolink believes that the new policies for Beijing's real estate market were implemented following the Political Bureau meeting's proposal to "intensify counter-cyclical regulation" and before the traditional peak season of "Golden September and Silver October," which carries significant policy signaling implications. Looking ahead, new real estate policies may become an important lever for strengthening macroeconomic policy in the second half of the year, and the process of stabilizing the real estate markets in key cities is expected to accelerate. Kaiyuan Securities believes that Beijing has once again shortened the social security requirement period for non-Beijing residents purchasing homes and increased the housing fund loan limits, sending a clear signal that the loosening of purchase restrictions in Shanghai and Shenzhen is likely to follow. In the first half of the year, the real estate industry remained in a differentiated pattern of weak sales recovery and supply contraction, but the overall trend of policy is lenient, with efforts to control increases and reduce inventory still accelerating, and the performance of high-quality property companies continues to improve.
