Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries (002483.SZ) has signed contracts for the construction of six vessels, with a total amount of approximately 2.8 billion to 3.3 billion yuan.

Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries (002483.SZ) announced that recently, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nantong Runbang Marine Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Runbang Marine," i.e., the "Builder"), signed a Shipbuilding Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") with a well-known European shipowner (i.e., the "Buyer"). According to the terms of the Contract, Runbang Marine will construct and deliver six live fish transport vessels (including optional vessel orders) for the aforementioned shipowner. The total value of the shipbuilding contracts for these six vessels is approximately 2.8 billion to 3.3 billion RMB.
