Zhongji Xuchuang (300308.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chengdu Zhihe Optical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chengdu Zhihe"), intends to subscribe for a capital contribution of 27.45 million yuan to Suzhou Qianrong Shengrun Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Qianrong Shengrun" or "the Fund," with the specific name to be confirmed by subsequent industrial and commercial registration) using its own funds, and will become a limited partner in the partnership. According to the Partnership Agreement of Suzhou Qianrong Shengrun Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), after the completion of this investment, Chengdu Zhihe will hold 90.00% of the capital contributions of the partnership.
Zhongji Innolight (300308.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Zhihe Guangtong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chengdu Zhihe") intends to invest 27.45 million yuan of its own funds to subscribe for the capital contribution shares of Suzhou Qianrong Shengrun Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Qianrong Shengrun" or "the Fund", with the specific name subject to subsequent business registration) and become a limited partner of the partnership. According to the Partnership Agreement of Suzhou Qianrong Shengrun Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), after this investment is completed, Chengdu Zhihe will hold 90.00% of the partnership's capital contribution shares.
This investment will continue to expand the company's investment layout, promote the integration of advantageous resources, achieve the integration of industry and capital, and enhance core competitiveness; at the same time, the investment fund can realize capital appreciation through project investments, thus better achieving the company's sustainable development.
