Yuanxu Technology (08637) announced that the group expects to achieve a profit of approximately 3.4 million to 4 million Singapore dollars for the six months ending June 30, 2026 (the first half of 2026) and a profit attributable to the owners of the company, while the re-stated profit and profit attributable to the owners of the company for the same period in 2025 (the first half of 2025) was approximately 8.7 million Singapore dollars, representing a decrease in profit of approximately 54.0% to 60.9%.
METASURFACE (08637) announced that the Group expects to achieve a profit of approximately SGD 3.4 million to SGD 4.0 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026 (the first half of 2026), and the profit attributable to the Company's owners, compared to approximately SGD 8.7 million for the same period in 2025 (the first half of 2025), representing a decrease in profit of about 54.0% to 60.9%. According to the information currently available to the Board, the decrease in profit for the first half of 2026 is primarily attributed to (i) the absence of a one-time remeasurement gain of SGD 6.4 million recognized in the Group's restated financial statements for the first half of 2025, which arose from the loss of significant influence over a former joint venture and the reclassification of that investment to fair value through other comprehensive income; and (ii) approximately SGD 0.9 million of listing expenses incurred in relation to the Company's potential dual primary listing matters for the first half of 2026. Please note that the above items are of a non-recurring nature and are not considered part of regular business processes. As of June 30, 2026, the Group's purchase orders amounted to approximately SGD 46.3 million, compared to SGD 17.8 million as of June 30, 2025, representing a significant increase of 2.6 times. This reflects the increased demand in the semiconductor industry's supply chain for related products and services, driving strong demand and a robust project pipeline.
