(02601) announced that due to age reasons, Ms. Lu Qiaoling has submitted her resignation to the board of directors, resigning from her positions as Vice Chairman, Non-Executive Director, and member of the Strategic and Investment Decision and ESG Committees of the company. Ms. Lu's resignation will be effective from August 11, 2026.
