Grand Hotel (00201) announced that it expects to report a net profit attributable to equity holders of approximately HKD 13 million to HKD 15 million for the first half of 2026, compared to a net loss of approximately HKD 15 million for the same period in 2025. The growth in performance is primarily attributed to (i) an increase in total revenue of approximately HKD 14 million; (ii) a decrease in other service costs of approximately HKD 11 million; and (iii) a reduction in financial costs of approximately HKD 5 million.
Hua HK&S HOTELS (00201) announced that it expects an after-tax net profit attributable to equity holders of approximately HK$13 million to HK$15 million for the mid-term of 2026, compared to an after-tax net loss attributable to equity holders of approximately HK$15 million for the same period in 2025. The growth in performance is mainly attributed to (i) an increase in total revenue of about HK$14 million; (ii) a reduction in other service costs of about HK$11 million; and (iii) a decrease in financial costs of about HK$5 million.
