The Tree Kangaroo Financial Group (08226) announced that on July 17, 2026 (after trading hours), the subscriber, Jie Cheng Investment Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), agreed to subscribe through a placement agent for approximately HKD 2.497 million (excluding transaction costs) to acquire 65.71 million shares of Minerva Group, at a price of HKD 0.038 per share. The subscription is expected to be completed on or before July 30, 2026.
KOALA FIN GP (08226) announced that on July 17, 2026 (after trading hours), the subscriber Jecin Investment Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) agreed to subscribe for 65.71 million shares of Minerva Group through the placing agent at a cost of approximately HKD 2.497 million (excluding transaction costs), which translates to HKD 0.038 per share of Minerva Group. The subscription is expected to be completed on or before July 30, 2026.
Immediately following the completion of the subscription, the Group will hold 65.71 million shares of Minerva Group, representing approximately 1.92% of the enlarged issued share capital of Minerva Group following the allotment and issuance of shares under the placing.
