According to the prospectus, the company intends to issue 6.3 million shares at a price of $4 per share, raising $25 million. Based on the proposed offering price, Zensitive Holding's market capitalization after listing will reach $63 million.
Founded in 2022, the company plans to list on the NASDAQ, with a stock code yet to be determined (SEC reserved code: ZENS.RC). Zensitive Holding submitted its IPO application confidentially on January 16, 2026. The sole bookrunner for this offering is Pacific Century Securities.
