New Stock News | Helian Group's Hong Kong IPO prospectus has expired

Hangzhou Relay Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Relay Group) submitted its Hong Kong stock prospectus on February 9, 2026, which will expire six months later on August 9, 2026. CICC was the exclusive sponsor at the time of submission. According to the previously disclosed prospectus, Relay Group is a leading global commodity industry service provider and trader in China. The company procures and sells over 285 types of physical products, including black metals and raw materials, chemicals, non-ferrous metals, and other categories. According to Frost & Sullivan, based on trade volume in 2024, the company ranks as the fifth largest commodity industry service provider and trader in China; the fourth largest in the steel category; the second largest steel export industry service provider and trader in China; the third largest iron ore industry service provider and trader in China; and the third largest rubber industry service provider and trader in China.
