BJ ENT WATER (00371) announced that according to the "Announcement of the Issuance of Perpetual Corporate Bonds (Phase I) by BJ ENT WATER Co., Ltd. to Professional Investors in 2026," BJ ENT WATER Co., Ltd. will issue perpetual corporate bonds (hereinafter referred to as "the bonds for this phase") to professional investors in 2026 with a basic term of 3 years. The interest period will be repriced every 3 annual interest periods. At the end of each repricing period, the issuer has the right to choose to extend the bond term by 1 period (i.e., extend by 3 years) or to choose to redeem the bonds in full at maturity at the end of that period.
