Yuanhang Port (08502) announced that on August 7, 2026 (after the trading session on the Stock Exchange), Chizhou Port Holdings (a subsidiary in which the company indirectly holds a 72% stake) entered into an equipment procurement and installation contract with a contractor from Zhongli Construction Group Co., Ltd. Under this contract, the contractor will be responsible for equipment construction work at a cost of approximately RMB 24.913 million. The equipment constructed will be used by Chizhou Port Holdings in its day-to-day operations.
OCEAN LINE PORT (08502) announced that on August 7, 2026 (after trading hours), Chizhou Port Holdings (a subsidiary in which the company indirectly owns 72% of the equity) entered into a contract for equipment procurement and installation works with the contractor, Zhongli Construction Group Co., Ltd. According to the contract, the contractor will be responsible for the equipment construction work at a cost of approximately RMB 24.913 million, which will be used by Chizhou Port Holdings in its daily operations. Under the equipment procurement and installation contract, the contractor will undertake the equipment construction work for the Chizhou Jiangkou Port area terminal. The equipment will be located in the Jiangkou Port area of the Chizhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui Province, China. The contractor will be responsible for the manufacturing, installation, technical services, training services, debugging, testing, and acceptance of the No. 5 berth loading system (including 5 belt conveyors, 1 rear pit batch hopper, and 1 dust suppression system) and two sets of power supply and distribution systems for the first and second phases (including 3 dry transformers, 28 high-voltage cabinets, 3 DC screens, and 38 low-voltage cabinets). The contractor is also required to assume the obligation to repair equipment construction defects during the defect liability period in accordance with the equipment procurement and installation contract. The equipment construction is in response to the need for upgrading the equipment at the Jiangkou Port area terminal, phasing out some outdated technology, enhancing the technological level of the enterprise, and benefiting from China's national policy support. Additionally, the equipment construction will meet the planning and environmental protection requirements for the Jiangkou Port area terminal. This equipment construction is carried out by the Group for its own use in daily operations. These measures will contribute to the long-term development of Chizhou Port Holdings' port business and enhance its competitiveness in the inland port operator market in Chizhou, Anhui Province, China. In light of the above, the Board believes that the terms and conditions of the equipment procurement and installation contract are fair and reasonable and entered into on normal commercial terms, and that entering into the equipment procurement and installation contract is in the overall interests of the Group and its shareholders.
