Hong Kong-based digital marketing solutions provider Pocha Technology (POCH.US) on Thursday raised the proposed size of its upcoming IPO. The company now plans to issue 6.3 million shares, aiming to raise $38 million at a price range of $5 to $7 per share. In its earlier IPO filing, the company proposed the same number of shares with a price range of $4 to $5 per share. Based on the midpoint of the revised price range, Pocha Technology's fundraising will increase by 33% compared to previous expectations, with a market capitalization reaching $128 million.
Founded in 2020, Pocha Technology plans to list on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol POCH. AC Sunshine Securities is the sole underwriter for the IPO.
