Founded in 2024, Braveheart Bio is a late-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative therapies for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and other serious cardiovascular diseases. The company's lead candidate BHB-1893 (also known as HRS-1893) is an oral small molecule myosin inhibitor that normalizes myocardial contractility by specifically inhibiting myocardial myosin ATPase activity, reducing left ventricular hypertrophy and improving diastolic compliance. The drug was granted global (excluding Greater China) exclusive licensing rights from Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals in September 2025.
