Dadi International Group (08130) announced that on July 31, 2026, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange indicating that the GEM Listing Committee has decided to cancel the company's listing status ("delisting decision") in accordance with GEM listing rule 9.14A, due to the committee's belief that the company has failed to meet all resumption guidance before the resumption deadline.

According to Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules, the company has the right to request the Delisting Decision be referred to the GEM Listing Review Committee for review ("GEM LRC Review") within seven business days from the date of the Delisting Decision (i.e., by August 11, 2026). If the company decides not to apply for a GEM LRC Review, the last listing date of the shares will be August 14, 2026, and the listing status of the shares will be canceled starting from 9:00 AM on August 17, 2026.
The board is seeking advice from its consultants and is considering whether to submit an application to refer the Delisting Decision to the Stock Exchange's GEM Listing Review Committee for further review.
